How does delivery work?

As soon as an order is confirmed, we begin the process of pulling, packing and dispatching your product. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

We use a reliable courier to send each product to you. If the product you ordered is in stock, you should receive your parcel within 5-7 working days. If we are out of stock, we will let you know when the product is ready to be shipped after a few days.

Please take note of the following:

    1.    Shipping is free for orders over R1500.

    2.    A flat rate of R150 applies to deliveries of orders below R1500.

    3.    If you need an urgent delivery please contact us directly (details below).

    4.    You’ll receive your tracking number and ETA via email.

    5.    All orders are sent by private courier.

    6.    Delivery services are door-to-door, no PO Boxes.

    7.    All orders placed before 12:00 P.M. will be processed the same business day. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

    8.    If you want to order a product to be shipped Internationally, you can email us at support@leatherleisure.co.za for a quote and we will try our best to get it to where you are.

    9.    Our courier company will contact you to confirm your parcel is on its way to you. They will try a few times to deliver it to you. If not, then the parcel will come back to us and we will contact you again.

We deliver countrywide throughout South Africa.

When can I expect my order?

You should receive your order within 5-7 working days.

What happens if I listed the wrong address or want to change the address?

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@leatherleisure.co.za or call us on 057 352 5178. If the order was placed more than one day prior to your request and we cannot cancel it, then you will be charged

Will my parcel be safe?

Yes. Each product is packed within protective bubble wrap for extra protection. Our couriers take great care when handling parcels.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Flat rate of R99 applies to all deliveries under R500 and free shipping for all deliveries over R500.

Do you ship internationally?

If you want to order a product to be shipped internationally, you are welcome to email us at support@leatherleisure.co.za for a quote and we will try our best to get it to where you are.


We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item. You can return it to us within 7 days of receipt if it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. When returning items to us, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.

How long do I have to return an order?

You will have 7 days to return a product.


How do I exchange my order?

Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product. If you would like a different product, please email us at support@leatherleisure.co.za. Exchanges will be done within 7 days.


What are the steps?

If, for whatever reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us at support@leatherleisure.co.za or call 057 352 5178  and have your order number with you. Refunds are subject to inspection of the product before confirmation will be given.

How much will I be refunded?

In the case of a refund, 100% will be refunded for orders made by EFT but it may be the case that only 95% will be refunded for orders paid by credit card (due to the banks 5% merchant fee).

*Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser as it is they who made the purchase.


We are committed to product excellence and stand behind the quality of our products, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. We guarantee all items for a period of 6 months from the purchase date. Items that are damaged as a result of airline damage, excessive or poor/improper use are not considered faulty. 

Please keep aside all warranty cards with their proof of purchase together as all manufacturers will require this before they can process the warranty.

Please note the following:

A proof of purchase is required in all cases. Kindly attach it to your warranty card and keep aside.

Luggage damage caused by airline carriers are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. It is recommended that any damage be reported to an airline representative prior to leaving the airport.

Repair or exchange of a product will be done in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions offered by the brand or manufacturer.

Leather is a natural product. Each leather product will be unique and might vary slightly in colour and structure.

If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us on support@leatherleisure.co.za and quote your Order Number.


I am not sure what size suitcase or laptop bag to order?

On most product pages there is specific sizing information. If you are still unsure of what size you will need, contact us on support@leatherleisure.co.za or 057 352 5178  .

When do products come back into stock?

The nature of many of our products is that very limited are manufactured. If we are out of stock of your item, we will do our best to get it for you. We will keep you updated.

For other queries, you can contact our Customer Service Department on support@leatherleisure.co.za or call us on 057 352 5178 and have your Order Number on hand. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


Once we have processed your order, we will contact you to find out which one of our stores you would like to collect your purchase from. Please bring along proof of identification and a printout of your order confirmation.
